FAQ's
Can you change your order once place and received confirmation? No. The garments will be immediately placed in the cue to start production.
Do you have a return policy?
No. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS or EXCHANGES. All sales are FINAL. You are responsible for your own measurements. All Items are measured in inches in exactly the way the charts reflect. The garment is made based on your ordered size. Once you complete payment, the sale is final. There is absolutely no exceptions. Be sure to note sizes and read detailed descriptions prior to purchase. If there is an issue with your delivered order you have 5 days upon the delivery date to email your concerns. After 5 days NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
Once the garment is finished and packaged you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Do you offer international delivery?
Limited international. Customers are responsible for duties and fees and any extra incurring costs. This includes all orders that have a wrong address and needs to be shipped back or marked by the shipper as "undeliverable" "return to sender". These extra shipping charges to reship is the responsibility of the customer.
